ABOUT US
The Distribuition area the traditional core business of the Group since 1950, is overseen by the operative company GDA SpA, active in the field of organized distribution of foodstuffs and consumer goods in the Southern Italian Tyrrhenian zone, via different Brand identities: Futura, Pick Up, Talento. Since 2015, GDA is presente with the experimental supermarket format with the Conviene Brand.
More recently, since 2005, the ORIZZONTI Group has extended its operations to theDiscount foodstuffs sector, establishing the QUI DISCOUNT SpA.
The strategic properties of the Group, intended to house sales outlets and service activities are owned by SINERFIN SpA, the company which oversees the Real estate-Finance business area.
CORPORATE STRUCTURE
The ORIZZONTI Group is headed by DCH Srl.
OH SpA holds a strategic stake in the Centro Studi Srl, a company committed in applied research and process development, established in 2009 and controlled by DCH Srl.
Based on the know-how and process development projects in the retail markets started by Centro Studi, in 2015 was founded MyAv Spa, Group’s innovative startup controlled by OH.
From 31 December 2018 also the companies included in the Fullsix Group they become part of the Group’s consolidation area.
The company Fioravanti Distribuzione S.p.A., in short FiorDì S.p.A., was founded in the second half of 2016 as the result of a business combination agreement between entrepreneurs in the food distribution sector with specific links, history and traditions with the L’Aquila area. The company’s goal is to create a multi-channel development project on the basis of GDA’s distribution formats in the Abruzzo region.
