The ORIZZONTI Group, when recruiting personnel, primarily considers candidates from its own geographical area, who have chosen to “invest” in their home area, opting to study in the Southern universities or returning after graduation.
Selection is primarily aimed at young graduates who are genuinely motivated to use and develop their own expertise in the Group, and with the appropriate cultural and personal attributes.
Appropriate training is provided to fill the available positions.
The initial placement with a fixed-term contract serves to evaluate both the suitability and the requirements, before determining a new permanent work contract.
This, however, does not limit the company’s complete commitment to the initial training.
