The ORIZZONTI Group, when recruiting personnel, primarily considers candidates from its own geographical area, who have chosen to “invest” in their home area, opting to study in the Southern universities or returning after graduation.
Selection is primarily aimed at young graduates who are genuinely motivated to use and develop their own expertise in the Group, and with the appropriate cultural and personal attributes.
Appropriate training is provided to fill the available positions.
The initial placement with a fixed-term contract serves to evaluate both the suitability and the requirements, before determining a new permanent work contract.
This, however, does not limit the company’s complete commitment to the initial training.
Furthermore, in the phase following the placement the company’s policy is intended to emphasize the “value of knowledge”. The growth of professional competence is strongly supported and, in this context, the Orizzonti Group prioritizes concepts and tools for “shared self-training” with guidance, where necessary, from “internal catalysts”.
The level of theoretical knowledge is, therefore, enriched by operational practice and comparison with results, as well as by the continual incentive to analyze the benchmark of excellence in all sectors (commercial, administrative, technical, information technology, etc.)
